the location was excellent, with easy access to many attractions by metro and bus. I found it very convenient to return for a quick rest. The staff were always friendly and ready to answer questions, offering great tips on local spots. I was grateful the hotel allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out and shower before my flight.

upon arrival, i faced an unexpected late check-in fee, never communicated in advance. this created an unpleasant start to my stay. the actual rooms didn't mirror the antique style and red decor shown in photos, misleading.

the superior double or twin room provided ample space and comfort. I appreciated its high ceilings and large windows. the room featured a welcome retreat from the heat, with beds which offer superb comfort for a restful nights sleep.

free coffee, tea, and filtered water were available. i found the continental breakfast a good value at six euros. i enjoyed taking my coffee to the spacious outside terrace. the terrace includes chairs and tables perfect for a calm morning.
